If you had to give one life-changing tip, what would it be?
I was in my twenties and I invited all my closet friends over. I ordered pizza. I told them I wanted to learn about investing and that we should set aside $50 a week. That would have been $1600 a month between us. They laughed at me. I kicked them out and tossed the pizza (serious anger issues let to floor scrubbing).
My problem was I let that break me. I should have let that empower me to do it on my own. I didn’t think I could do it without them.
Words hurt but when you get the vision, run with it.
Your greatness should be tied to your purpose, not people!
