Too many men have been taught to hide their pain, suppress their emotions, and suffer without support. But silence is not strength, and vulnerability is not weakness.
This piece is for the men who have carried trauma without language, fought battles nobody could see, and smiled while trying to survive what was happening beneath the surface.
It is for the women who look at their husbands and see something they can’t explain and that husbands can’t articulate.
It is okay to admit that life has become heavy. It is okay to talk. It is okay to seek help. Healing often begins when we finally share what has been living in our veins.
