pain

A lot of people, ministers, and friends have been in my inbox with their outcry about Sharia Law.

It’s America’s laws that are…

  1. Cutting healthcare
  2. Slicing DEI programs
  3. Refusing to promote qualified Blacks in the military.
  4. Redistricting to strip representation
  5. Writing policies that limit college loans
  6. Slicing social security
  7. Putting service members in harm’s way for ego
  8. Stopped cyber defense against Russia by transferring it to a less offensive department
  9. Singing the praises of North Korea and cutting training operations with a 50+ year ally
  10. Celebrated a submarine attack on an unarmed Iranian warship that was training with India.
  11. Banning books that teach the true history of our beloved country, good, bad, ugly, and beautiful.
  12. Continue to refuse veterans proper services or put in the effort necessary for the VA to build a more secure platform after two major cybersecurity breaches spanning 20 years.

This list could go on and on.

I find it strange how easy it is to criticize other beliefs, and I am speaking from the lens of an ordained Christian minister. I spend my time teaching the Word and sharing the Gospel with a lens of my relationship with Yeshua. I have never seen more anti-Christian behavior from a nation of “Christians” than I have in this age.

We have perfected judging, not loving. And I can’t say there are times when I don’t fall into this category.

What we are witnessing today is about nationalism, not Christianity. We kick out strangers, we kill strangers, we protect pedophiles, we prosper the rich, and we blame the poor for their own conditions. Many don’t realize that we are a cancer away, or a diagnosis away from poverty.

Sharia Law is controversial in a Western society, and maybe it should be. However, as long as Americans are suffering greatly under a demagogue, it would appear that Sharia law isn’t being implemented by Muslims, but by the Republican Party under a godless administration, operating fully with the large support of Christian Pastors.

Without love….. we are nothing!

The Other Side of High Contact Sports

I’m surely not saying that the NFL is responsible or culpable but we can’t deny the impact of head trauma that has cases of domestic violence, brain damage, physical trauma, and suicides that have been shared.
